The capacity of 1st class Japanese style room is 5 pp. so you can upgrade deluxt triple room.
If you want to upgrade to japanese style room, you have to pay extra charge more because 3pp use 5pp room.
Additional fee is \30,000 / pp. Total 120,000(japanese room)
Deluxe triple room fee is 50,000/pp.
