2N class→1st claas upgrade fare is \30,000 per person (oneway).

But, your reservation is canceled on 16020100100017.
Did you made other reservation?
If a new reservation, please let me know.
If you want to hold the room, you have to reservation first.

I checked back my bank account and pay pal has already charged me the cost of my previous booking,
would you please advise when will this amount to be refunded or you will refund me the amount after
charged me the additional cost of upgrade, thanks a lot!

Please check-in by 18:00 at the counter.
Also you need to pay the fuel surcharges and port tax (KRW 7,300), so please pay the tax at the counter by CASH.

You have to pay for  upgrade charge \60,000 on departure day.

And,
we already refund your ex-reservation(16020100100017) by paypal.
