Actually I found the error yesterday.  I am afraid that I cannot buy the tickets after your change so I bought thetickets at 30% discount off compulsorily.  Can I ask for refund of the difference of 30% and 40% discount off, that is (63,000 krw - 54,000 krw) x 6 = 54,000 krw? 

And I am asking for upgrade to deluxe class cabin twin beds for 3 rooms, still pending for your reply.  may I ask for the 54,000 krw for the part of the settlement of upgrading fee?  How should I pay for the balance of the fee?

It is more fair to me for the refund of discount, as I found it very early before.  I cannot wait for your change as I am afraid I cannot buy 6 tickets for waiting the days after.  Also, I observed that I should be the only customer for buying 30/4/2016 tickets by 25.1.2016.  As a normal customer,  no one will by 30% discount off when 40% discount off is also available, right?  So I beg your pardon to consider my refund or just to be settle as part of the upgrading fee.

Please also tell me how many money should I pay for the upgrading deluxe class cabin twin beds and other fees to be payable?

2) The price of 1/5/2016 shown is 64,000 krw, but i think it should be 54,000 KRW (40% discount off).  is it right?  If yes, please amend the price and I will re-book.
3) Totally I have 6 people.  On 1/5/2016 I can see that 5 people can earn early 40% discount off, i.e. 54,000 krw and 10 people can earn early 30% discount off, i.e. 63,000 krw.  Can I book 5 people for 54,000 krw and 1 people for 63,000 krw?  Or I need to reserve 6 poeple for 63,000 krw together?
4) I want to re-confirm that, 2 rooms deluxe twin and 1 room for 1st class for 2 beds are available on 1/5?

      Also We are holding your refund \54,000.
      The cancellation fee is 3,000*6=\18,000. So the refund will be 324,000-18,000+54,000=\360,000.

3. Please re-booking on 1st May 40%-5PP, 30%-1PP then put memo as you are together.

4. At the moment, 2 royal suite(add \110,000*6) and 2 deluxe triple(add \50,000*6) is left.

I recommend you make a new reservation and use refund fee to upgrade additional fee and tax.

(2) I have re-booked the cabin on 1/5/16: reservation numbers 16041900100007 & 16041900100006.  I have finished the payment.  Please confirm my booking.

(3) On 1/5/2016 I discover that the listed price is 64000 krw and I paid for 320000 krw for 5 people.  But if 90000 krw x 40% off, it should be 54000 krw.  I think it is the calculation problem.  Will I have the refund  (64000 - 54000) x 5 = 50000 krw?

(4) Please hold 2 deluxe triple for me.
