I've made a reservation for the trip on 17/7/2016, and the reservation number is 16050200100014. I want to upgrade the Cabin to 1st class Japanese style, but I've left a message at the <Request Cabin Upgrade> without any reply. Please help to make the arrangement.

The capacity of 1st class Japanese style room is 5 pp. so you can upgrade deluxt triple room on 7 July.
Additional fee is \50,000 / pp.

You have to pay for upgrade charge 50,000KRW/PP=\150,000 on departure day.
