change cancelling one of the trips in my booking

My reservation number is 17012900100005. I would like to see if I can cancel part of my itinerary and the possible charges.
Due to itinerary change, I want to cancel the trip on 2017-04-15 from Fukuoka to Busan. I will keep the trip on 2017-04-11. Please tell me the charges first before proceeding to the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
We will charge you cancellation fee as below.
*3,000KRW / one way if you notify before 8days on your departure day.
*10% of your total amount if you notify before 3days on your departure day.
*30% of your total amount if you notify before 18:00 on departure day.
If you cancle the reservation , it occur charge 3,000won .

Hello,
Please proceed to cancel the trip on 2017-04-15 from Fukuoka to Busan from my reservation (17012900100005).
For the trip from Busan to Fukuoka on 2017-04-11, please help upgrade from 2nd class to 1st class 2 bed cabin.
