reserve Paid via pay pal but not recognised

Hi,
I made payment for my reservation 16101700100005 with Paypal the transaction id is 8ER37267CB1437507 please see attached the payment details.
When I check my order status in the order inquiry section it says I have not paid see attached for this screen.
Please resolve this and send me my confirmation/e-ticket.
